I live in Florida and drove to Walker Jones to buy my wife's Toyota Grand Highlander Platinum. The dealerships in Jacksonville, Orlando, Gainesville, Lake City and Tallahassee couldn't locate the kind of vehicle I wanted. If one was located they couldn't beat the price. I met Kelly, Alan, Tommy and Pete while buying the car. They were wonderful, courteous and kind people. This was my 7th Toyota purchase and the best one. I won't be shopping in Florida anymore. I have already recommended to a couple of friends of mine to call Walker Jones to buy their next vehicle. Alan was so nice to my wife, Kelly was a professional, Tommy was a no hassle finance manager. Pete made me laugh as we talked after the purchase for 30 minutes. I would like to sit at the river with Pete and drink a beer, would be epic.

Service is always in point and quick. The only problem I have is sometimes not getting through to make an appointment. A direct phone number to the Toyota maintenance department will help.

Great place to do business! I regularly get my car serviced there, and i've never had an issue. I recently had to put my car in the shop for a recall and discovered some other issues. I drive a lot for work and was concerned when I found out I was just 2k miles out of my factory warranty. But I am very pleased to say Ryan Jacobs in the service department did everything in his power to help me with this situation, and get me the best price on repairs he saved me a lot! He also was very understanding and good at keeping me updated with everything going on with my car's repairs.

Friendly Service Staff took care of me when I had an issue. They ran a test on the spot and had be a new battery the very next day. It was quick and easy.

Always professional & courteous. Great waiting area, kept me informed. Would highly recommend for great car service for my 2020 Toyota.

Easy & teliable

I just brought home the 2026 RAV4 Woodland which is meh overall. The staff is great but I do not recommend the RAV4 Woodland - feels cheap in the interior. The center console to bulky. The worst part are features pervious RAV4s had standard like Auto Dimmin with compass and HomeLink review mirror and 2 person memory seat for the driver’s 8-way power seat are not on the vehicle. The seats after the drive home (an hour away) and not comfortable. The side mirrors seem small compared to previous models. This is most likely 3rd RAV4 and final one. I hate it. Purchasing it - not the best deal but better then other dealer between Jacksonville, Brunswick and Savannah. Staff have been great. Just avoid the 2026 Woodland edition. Plus the features, the parts rather, are currently not made to upgrade it to what the Limited offers.

Exceptional service from Noel, new car salesman and Kelly, New Car Sales Manager when my daughter and i started shopping for a Rav4. We found them trustworthy and provided all specs for the car we test drove, as well as optional items.

Legit the best car buying experience I've ever had. I inquired about a Tundra a few months before I was ready to purchase. Kelly, the sales manager, reached out and was not pushy when I told her that I wasn't ready to commit to anything. She periodically followed up but some other dealerships would call or text me every other day. Then, when I was ready to come look, Kelly and Noel Harris - an allstar salesman - welcomed me with open arms. I was able to negotiate a great deal and while I was waiting for my vehicle to be delivered, Noel provided solid updates each step of the way. Finally, upon delivery, the finance manager was easy to work with and clearly explained all the options. I've never been happier with my new car and a big part was how great WJT was to work with. If I could give ten stars to Walker Jones Toyota, I would.

Last Sept Nikki Brantley helped us as we looked for new vehicle. After many visits we decided on 2023 RAV4. Nikki never pressured us and was very knowledgeable. Even after purchase she helped us with any questions we had and helped link my phone to vehicle. I took new RAV4 for first service appt. this morning and Ryan and Journey were helpful and courteous. Very pleased with service we have received so far.

I was initially looking for a 12 V battery for my 2012 Toyota Prius C hybrid. I was having a very difficult time trying to get someone to help me called Walker Jones, in Waycross talked to a gentleman named Glenn, which is awesome by the way, he made it a mission to help me and I appreciate that because he was the first one to actually try to help me even though I’m from Brunswick and these people don’t know me from Adam. I drove to Waycross then I find out that it’s not that battery that it was actually my hybrid battery. (Ugh no!) They were so good to me and treated me like family, and you don’t get that Service hardly anywhere anymore . I definitely am a huge fan of Walker Jones, Toyota, and their team. I will be buying my next car from Walker Jones Toyota in Waycross, Georgia. You guy rock!!

If you need a Toyota dealer that is not pushy and will not overcharge you this is your new Toyota dealer.

Had to buy a little rubber bushing/grommet for my wife's 2003 Corolla to repair the linkage between the gear shift knob and the gear shift cable. Can get on Amazon or e-bay for $8. Toyota has them for $2.50.

I came in for an oil change and routine service. The staff was great. Everything I needed to have done was done. I waited for my vehicle in the waiting area. I think it took less than an hour to get everything done. I think the price is a little bit high, but that's to be expected in a small city with little competition.

Nikki was great to work with and get us into a Toyota Tacoma

We took our 2021 Tacoma several times for warranty work (oil change, etc.) since we moved to Waycross last February. The service team members are great. Unfortunately, that truck was rear-ended on 12.22.23. We had the truck towed back to Toyota since we didn't know where to go. The little we dealt with the bodyshop was good. We didn't follow through with the repair as we traded the truck in for a Rav4. Nikki Brantley is our sales person and she is an asset to Toyota. She wasn't pushy in trying to make a sale. She is knowledgeable on the vehicles and accessories. If she isn't sure about something, she asks instead of giving faulty information. She said if we had any questions to call or stop by and we have. She was just as pleasant and friendly as she was when she was making her sale. She took more time with us than the sales person at Toyota of Melbourne did. Yes, I recommend Walker Jones Toyota!
